Pasadena Bike Perks
Biking supports healthy people and a healthy Pasadena. Now you can be rewarded for it!
Receive a gift card for 15 or more rides per quarter and for every 100 rides biked within Pasadena or to and from the city. Simply sign up with the bicycle app LoveToRide.net, enroll for rewards (see below), and log your rides. A round trip counts for 2 rides.
Each ride logged will let our city leaders know that people desiresafe streets for all—bike riders, walkers, those using public transportation, and folks in cars.
STEP 1: Join the Pasadena Bike Plus Group
Use the LoveToRide.net website or app to log your rides.
Open the Love to Ride app or website, create an account, and join the Pasadena Bike Perks group.
Click on your Profile page.

STEP 3: Get Your Rewards
Log 15 or more rides per quarter, and we’ll mail you a $5 gift card for one of the participating businesses! You’ll receive an extra card for every 100 rides logged.
Please enter rides within, to, or from Pasadena only.
1 round trip = 2 rides (honor system).
Using the Love to Ride App and Website:
LoveToRide.net is a free app to count rides, miles, and carbon savings. It provides data anonymously to improve biking infrastructure in communities.
The easiest way to log a ride is to add it manually: On the app Me page, click the + field in the top right corner.
Click Log a Ride.
Choose the date, estimate the distance in miles, and click Log Ride (honor system).
You don’t need to bring your phone along. You can log rides on the website as well. Remember that Pasadena Bike Perks rewards your number of rides, not miles.
For additional options like GPS tracking of your routes and miles, bring your phone along and allow the app to automatically log your rides. Simply go to Settings and Location on your phone and select Always. Note that automatic logging can take an hour or two before logged rides show on the Pasadena Bike Perks group page.
